Vitamins ADEK

别名: fat-soluble vitamin complex

Vitamins ADEK combine the four fat-soluble vitamins – A, D, E and K – in one capsule. They are used mainly with fat malabsorption (e.g. cystic fibrosis, pancreatic disease or after bowel surgery), where deficiency of these vitamins is common.

With a meal containing fat.

With malabsorption, digestive enzymes as advised by your doctor.

不宜同服 / 需错开

Do not combine with other vitamin A, D, E or K products – doses add up.

注意事项

In pregnancy watch the vitamin A content. If you take warfarin-type blood thinners (vitamin K antagonists), vitamin K changes their effect – use it only after agreeing with your doctor. With other blood thinners, in pregnancy and with liver disease also consult your doctor.

安全性

Respect EFSA limits: vitamin A 3000 µg, vitamin D 100 µg (4000 IU), vitamin E 300 mg per day – from all sources combined.

Without malabsorption, usually a targeted vitamin D supplement in winter is enough.
