Polyphenol blends combine polyphenol-rich extracts, typically from grape (OPC, resveratrol), green tea (EGCG), pine bark, pomegranate, olive or berries. Their effect and quality depend on the exact composition and doses on the label; the evidence relates to individual ingredients rather than the blends themselves.

Do not combine with blood thinners without asking your doctor; keep a few hours' gap from iron supplements.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, with liver disease (especially if green tea extract is included), or if you take blood thinners or other medicines, consult your doctor.
Do not exceed the label dose; high-dose green tea extracts on an empty stomach can burden the liver.
