2. What data we process and why

  • Book orders — name, email, phone, delivery address and, where applicable, company billing details. Purpose: performance of the contract and accounting. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.
  • Fénix Methode — contact details and answers to the intake questionnaire, including health data and attached lab results. Purpose: solely to create your personalised protocol. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
  • Newsletter — email address and language. Purpose: sending Biohacker Insider. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email.

3. How we protect your data

Questionnaire and order data are stored encrypted (AES-256) on our web hosting provider's server. Only the controller has access to them. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties or use it for advertising. It is processed only through our web hosting and email providers and, where relevant, the carrier (Slovak Post) to the extent necessary for delivery.

4. How long we keep your data

Order data for the period required by accounting regulations (10 years for accounting records). Fénix Methode questionnaire data for as long as necessary to provide the service and any follow-up consultation, up to a maximum of 5 years, or until you withdraw your consent. Newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to cliniciambiohacker.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential technical cookies and your browser's local storage (to remember your language, cart contents, unfinished questionnaire and cookie preferences). An unfinished Fénix Methode questionnaire is stored only in your browser until you submit it. Analytics tools run only with your consent. Bot protection works without third-party cookies — your browser simply solves a short maths puzzle.
