1. Seller
o.z. Institute of Life Education, Company ID: 57 184 216, Košice, Slovensko. Contact: cliniciambiohacker.com. Bank account: SK60 5600 0000 0051 3595 2001.
2. Subject matter and conclusion of the contract
Through the iambiohacker.com website, the seller offers (i) the book NAVRHNUTÝ — designer of tomorrow in print and as an e-book and (ii) the Fénix Methode service — a personalised biohacking protocol. The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer submits an order; we confirm its acceptance by email.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros and are final. Payment can be made by bank transfer (including via a PAY by square QR code) quoting the variable symbol, which is the order number, or, for printed books delivered within Slovakia, by cash on delivery. Payment by transfer is due within 7 days; after this period the order may be cancelled.
4. Delivery
We usually dispatch the printed book within 3 working days of receiving payment (for cash on delivery, of receiving the order). The shipping cost is shown in the cart before the order is submitted. The e-book is made available once payment has been received, via a personal download link sent by email (valid for 60 days, 10 downloads). The personalised Fénix Methode protocol is delivered by email, usually within 14 working days of receiving the completed questionnaire and payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a printed book without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. Notify us of your withdrawal by email and return the book undamaged to the seller's address. We will refund the price, including the original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, but not before the book has been returned to us. The cost of returning the book is borne by the buyer.
For the e-book (digital content), the consumer expressly agrees to the supply beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the download link has been made available.
For the Fénix Methode service, the consumer agrees to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires. Once the service has been fully provided (the protocol delivered), the right of withdrawal is lost. The protocol is an intangible, fully personalised work prepared on the basis of the client's personal data.
6. Complaints
If the printed book is damaged or defective, contact us by email within 30 days of receipt, including a photograph; we will replace it free of charge. In the event of technical errors with the e-book or protocol (non-delivery, incomplete file), contact us within 30 days of payment.
7. Fénix Methode — nature of the service
Fénix Methode is a personalised biohacking protocol prepared on the basis of the information provided by the client. The protocol is advisory in nature — it is neither a medical prescription nor a diagnosis. For maximum accuracy, we recommend submitting the results of the following tests:
- Complete blood count (CBC + differential)
- Hormonal profile: testosterone (total + free), DHEA-S, cortisol, insulin, oestradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin
- Thyroid: TSH, fT3, fT4, anti-TPO
- Minerals and vitamins: vitamin D, B12, magnesium (serum + red blood cell), zinc, ferritin, iron
- Metabolic panel: fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipids (LDL, HDL, triglycerides), CRP, homocysteine
- Liver and kidney function: ALT, AST, creatinine, GFR
8. Limitation of liability
Neither the seller nor the authors accept liability for health complications, side effects, losses or damage arising from implementing recommendations from the book or the Fénix Methode programme without consulting a doctor. The client assumes personal responsibility for decisions relating to their health.
9. Copyright
The book, e-book and protocols are protected by copyright. The e-book is intended solely for the buyer's personal use; distributing, copying or publishing it is prohibited.
10. Alternative dispute resolution and governing law
Consumers have the right to contact the seller with a request for redress. If the seller rejects the request or fails to respond within 30 days, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk) or via the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic; consumers from the EU retain the protection afforded by the laws of their country of residence.
