How old is your body?

From 9 routine blood count and chemistry values we calculate your biological age with the PhenoAge model (Yale, 2018). You also see which values “age” you the most.

Everything is calculated in your browser only. We do not store your values.

How the calculation works

PhenoAge was developed by Morgan Levine’s team (Yale) on data from nearly 10,000 people in the NHANES study and validated on another 6,000. It combines 9 blood values and age into a mortality risk estimate and converts it into the “age” that matches that risk.

The result is driven most by inflammation (CRP), glucose, RDW and albumin – things you can change with sleep, exercise, diet and targeted supplementation. Re-test after 3 months to see if your plan works.

The calculation is indicative and does not replace a medical examination. During acute infection or inflammation (CRP above 10 mg/L) the result is distorted – re-test after recovery.
