Also known as: epigenetic complex, anti-ageing complex
Longevity or 'epigenetic' complexes typically combine NAD+ precursors (NMN, nicotinamide riboside), resveratrol, quercetin or fisetin, spermidine, trimethylglycine, curcumin, ergothioneine or B vitamins. Quality depends on the composition and doses on the label; there is no human evidence that they extend life or 'reverse epigenetic age'.

In the morning with food, unless the label says otherwise.
Exercise, sleep, a diet with enough vegetables and protein, and not smoking – the basics with the strongest evidence.
Do not combine with other products containing the same ingredients (NMN, resveratrol, quercetin) without checking total doses; with blood thinners only after asking your doctor.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, with cancer, liver or kidney disease, or if you take medicines (some ingredients affect liver enzymes), consult your doctor.
Long-term safety of such blends has not been studied; do not exceed the label dose.
When choosing, ask whether there is a study on the product itself – if not, judge only the ingredients and their doses.
Strong = several good human studies or official recommendations; moderate = promising but smaller studies; weak = few studies or mixed results; no evidence = claims not confirmed.
